Theoretical Physics

Hugo Bencomo

Aspiring Physics Researcher

I am a soon-to-graduate theoretical physicist with a strong interest in Quantum Field Theory, Relativity, and Condensed Matter. I am currently working on my Bachelor's Thesis, which focuses on Spin Probability Currents and Berry Phases, including numerical simulations to study ground-state dynamics. On this website, you can find my CV, research notes, and the computational projects I have developed.

About Me

I am a theoretical physics student focused on mathematically grounded models of nature, with a strong interest in quantum systems, field methods, and numerical analysis. I am currently studying at Universidad de La Laguna (Tenerife, Canary Islands).

My work combines formal theory and scientific computing, and I will begin a collaboration at the Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias (IAC) in mid-March 2026.
